MFA Enrollment

If you need to enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), the easiest option is to use the Microsoft Authenticator app on your personal phone. This app is free and does not give any access to your phone or personal information.

If you don't have an Apple or Android mobile phone, you may use any mobile phone capable of receiving text (SMS) messages to enroll. Follow the prompts when enrolling to use that option.

If you don't own a mobile phone, open a ticket using the options above and an Ashton Solutions engineer will assist directly.
